Our shop provides limited scope installation services. Please read the provisions below carefully:
1.Service covered Zones for Complimentary Installation
-Service scope: Railway line areas on Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories
-No extra installation fees apply
2.Zones Subject to an Extra Charge of HKD 100 per Item
-Non railway line locations across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories (Cyberport, Mid Levels, Southern District, Shek O, Repulse Bay, Deep Water Bay, South Bay, Pok Fu Lam, Tai Tam, Clear Water Bay, Mount Davis Road, Sandy Bay Path, Chung Hom Kok, Victoria Peak, Stanley, Kowloon Peak, Sai Kung, Tai Mei Tuk, Lok Ma Chau, Tai Lam Chung, So Kwun Wat, Lau Fau Shan and other districts)
-You must contact our customer service team to pay the surcharge after placing the order. Installation will not be arranged if the fee remains unsettled.
3.Districts Without Standard Installation Service / Charges Upon Separate Consultation
-Outlying islands and remote territories (Park Island, Ma Wan, Tung Chung, Mui Wo, Pui O, Cheung Sha, Tong Fuk, Shek Pik, Ngong Ping, Tai O; Cheung Chau, Peng Chau, Tap Mun, Lamma Island, Po Toi Island, Gau Yi Chau, the Soko Islands, Kat O, Lung Kwu Chau, etc.)
-Standard installation is not available for the above mentioned zones. Contact our customer service for bespoke arrangements in advance if you require installation.
4.Delivery Regulations
-A direct access lift must be available at the delivery address
-Stair carrying and handling fees are not included
-Delivery and installation may be unavailable for remote villages, outlying island premises, locations inaccessible to delivery trucks, sites with no parking space or transfer only lifts. Please check with our customer service staff for full details.
-Delivery staff and installation technicians are separate personnel. Same day service cannot be guaranteed, yet we will make reasonable arrangements.
-Do not unpack goods upon arrival to prevent damage. Leave unpacking to the installation worker.
-Old furniture removal service is excluded. A separate quotation can be offered on your request.
-You shall dispose of packaging waste after furniture assembly. Our waste collection service is available at the one way transportation fare.
-All furniture sales are non refundable and non exchangeable. Free replacement accessories are supplied for minor scratches caused by transit and other objective factors. We apologise for any inconvenience brought about.
5.Product Notices
-All product photos serve for reference only.
-Colour deviation may exist between delivered goods and pictures owing to shooting techniques, lighting and display screen differences.
-Returns or exchanges are not accepted on account of colour variance. Our company reserves the right of final interpretation.
-Wood grain and dimensions may vary between production batches.
-Manual measurement brings a tolerance of ±5% on product sizes. The actual item shall prevail.
-No warranty service is provided.
